Money Back Guarantee
Up to ₦100,000
Protects you when a task booked through CitiTasker isn’t completed as agreed, abandoned, never started, or materially different from what was promised.
To qualify
- Book the task through CitiTasker.
- Have evidence of payment related to the task.
- Report the issue within seven (7) days after the scheduled completion date.
- Cooperate with CitiTasker’s investigation process.
Property Damage Guarantee
Up to ₦200,000
If a Tasker accidentally causes direct physical damage to your property while performing a task booked through CitiTasker, you may be reimbursed repair or replacement costs.
To qualify
- Book the task through CitiTasker.
- Report the damage within forty-eight (48) hours of discovering it.
- Provide photos, videos, receipts, repair estimates, or other evidence.
- Cooperate fully with CitiTasker’s review process.
How it works

Book through CitiTasker
The task must be requested, accepted, and documented through the CitiTasker platform, that’s what makes it eligible.

Keep records
Save task descriptions, in-app chat messages, and photos or videos. These records help us verify what was agreed and investigate any issue.

Report the problem
If something goes wrong, contact CitiTasker Support as soon as possible with your Task ID, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation.
- 04
We investigate
Our Trust & Safety team reviews the information, contacts the relevant parties where necessary, and determines whether the claim qualifies.
- 05
Resolution
If approved, CitiTasker may issue a refund, reimburse repair costs, arrange compensation, or offer another suitable resolution.

What’s not covered
The Guarantee is a focused protection program. It generally does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Personal injuries
- Emotional distress
- Loss of income or business interruption
- Disputes based solely on personal preferences
- Damage from natural disasters or events beyond a Tasker’s control
- Cash, jewelry, collectibles, or other high-value items
